Big buck killers!!!

Unread postby dan » Thu Nov 22, 2012 2:59 pm

I wanted to let everyone know that Jay Trudell taxidermy is giving $25 off on head mounts for all beast forum members. Jay is doing my Taxidermy now, and he is doing an awesome job!
He has well known David Luco working with him. The job they did on my buck last year, along with Daves, was awesome. They really look alive... Also, they took the big buck Magicman shot though the face and fixed the cape to the point where its very hard to tell Magic blew its nose apart.
Anywho, if you decide to give him a try, just tell him your a fellow Beast member and he will knock $25 off your bill... 8-) Here is a link to his site:

Jay is a great guy! I had a horrible experience with a different taxidermist in my area that did last years bow buck for me, and it ended up coming home with a moth infestation on top of the other horrible experiences with the guy. I was not aware of the moths until after a month or two as they were in various forms of development. Long story short they attacked and nearly ruined one of my favorite mounts and I was freaking out, Jay heard of the trouble and we spoke and he gave me advice on how to get rid of the moths, and how to ensure they did not damage any more of my mounts in the meantime, so I feel that Jay personally saved my entire collection.

I have had several bucks mounted by Dave when he was working out of his basement, before the trudell days, world class work from a great guy, can't wait to drop the next one off. I just recommended a friend again today.
