I have a question about bowhunting during gun season

My question is do I need to buy a gun deer tag and use that or can I still use one of my unused archery tags? Also If I'm in a urban area that don't allow gun hunting do I still need to wear blaze?

The wording is a little tricky..for blaze it says "In any area of the state where a firearm deer season is open..I'm in a area illegal to discharge firearm so to me that say this part of the state does not have a open firearm deer season

Ok, so I get that you can tag it with your archery tag. If I don't buy a gun tag (out of state) and hunt during gun season with a bow, that is ok? PS. Born and raised in WI, not we live in IL.

I'm not sure if there is different rules for non resident but I would assume as long as you have a non resident archery license you would be ok. Your best bet would be to call the Wi DNR to make sure. Better safe than sorry..The toll free number is 1-888-936-7463
