Everyone,
I've always hunted rolling hills so the deer group up to use trails to climb the hills, etc. The current place I have to hunt is wooded, brushy river bottom. It is very flat with almost no change in elevation. The only change is some old dried up river beds. It has 2 small openings with trails crisscrossing the openings. Other than that it is all about the same kind of woods everywhere.
I have included some maps below, the red line indicates the boundries of the parcel. The Green line indicates a logging road and the blue line indicates the access road.
Just was wondering where you would setup on this parcel?

I would hunt with my back to the river and a North wind.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
