red or blue light?

Which color of light do deer not see as well? Red or blue? Just found out my current light actually has color filters and plan to use them if they help.

I believe they don't see the red end of the spectrum.

Red. I have been using a red light all season and it's great. It isn't easy to see from a distance by deer or people for that matter which is good in my real suburban spots.

Red, they see blue the best. I use green myself, I imagine they see that well too.

Yes!
Ungulates have two kinds of cones that captures the light at the inside of their cornea, long and medium frequencies (blue and green), compared to humans who have three, more short (red).
