Lol!! Right on. The last 3 years I really started doing my home work on where I thought these bucks were bedding. I didn't know the exact spot they were bedding In but I had a pretty good Idea on the location they were bedding In. I'd set up with In 100 yards of these locations. Being It's the 3rd week of October they start coming out earlier snooping around (this has been my experience anyway). As you know before the pre rut starts up these older bucks don't move much before It gets dark. Add to the fact that I finally found an exact bed so I started earlier this year. If I would've known the exact spots these bucks bedded In the last 3 years I would've started earlier then too. The fact Is, I have a tough time finding buck beds. I've put hours and hours In. I just happened to stumble upon the one I found last Monday. Now I gotta figure out what wind he likes when he uses this bed. I'll make another thread with a pic so you and everyone else can give some opinions on this.
