My brother's buck

Unread postby PLB » Tue Sep 25, 2012 6:09 am

My brother John shot this 10 pointer right at the end of legal shooting hours last night. He hung this stand saturday because he had just gotten a pic of a real good 8 pt. He figured this was him after watching 9 does and fawns come through. Turns out it wasn't the big 8 but I'm proud of him nontheless! This was taken on his private lease he just started this season with his buddy. Time for us to start scouting together again on public since we are tagged out. Maybe even kill a doe or two 8-) Congrats bro! Proud of ya man!! 8-)

Very cool.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Lol!! Yeah my brother knows how I feel about scent control!! He is a gear fanatic!! He probably has 4 carbon suits!! Besides my Dad I don't know of anyone who id rather hunt with. He has killed lots of bucks and has a knack for getting on them. He is also a great woodsman. We cut our teeth together on big woods public!
