I have seen a couple bucks with nubs already too

Saw two bucks here on long island New York last week that both had 1/2" nubs already. I couldn't believe it.

That's pretty cool. I just saw a buck last week that had both sides still on. Was a nice one too.

Join the club! I got a little excited there! Heading back down next week for one more scouting trip and Shed trip, maybe hang a couple stands too. I'd love to put a few cameras our to watch some growth but those mushroom hunters trespass and steal my cameras.

I always remember starting a job years back and having some time before a meeting on April 26. Stopped at a Forest Preserve to have some lunch in my car and had 8 bucks appear from no where and all were sporting one to three inch knobs. April 26th is now the day I start to look for antlers.
