Tough one. I haven't actually ascertained what exactly ol Spook did...If it was 2007, he may have shot it on a landowner tag but not on the property his tag allowed him to hunt.

I remember that video. Hopefully he took it leagally. I think in the video he remarks about heading to Kansas . And he goes out just to adjust a stand not to hunt. But brought his bow along ( just in case ). And the monster appeared across some CRP. He ended up killing it from the ground at about 5 yards while hiding behind a small pine. It was an amazing video.

Yeah it's on monster bucks. He belly crawls to get in position. Lots of emotion after the shot. Looked legit to me??

Not enough information to give an honest opinion.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
