Haha, I doubt it. He was adjacent to a property we can hunt. I have a gut feeling of where he will be come Fall and I think I might be able to get permission.

X2
I was in the car with Haus86... we stopped photo a few other bucks so the car was off... and this STUD walks onto the gravel road 100 yards ahead of us...as if God planted the buck for us to see...he casually jumps the fence into a bean field and walks our direction parralel to the road about 35 yards past the ditch...although I have lived in Iowa now for a few years... most of my encounters with booner's have been at 500 yards though bino's or on the wall at the haus86's house... I felt like a kid in a candy store! Just something majestic about a buck of that size up on the hoof and that close.

Re: Slob
I would say over 170 gross. This deer was 163, and yours looks better.

Re: Slob
I would say after the velvet comes off hes over 170". Velvet can add some inches to a buck if shot with it on, but still 160" without a doubt. Depending on his age i think he would be bigger, at his peak perhaps, next year imo. But i wouldn't pass that bad boy up man!

Re: Slob
I think all of us agree that he's a great buck! It really only matters how you feel about him. If you don't want him just send me his GPS coordinates and tell me where I should park!!! I don't think him making the score matters as much as if you score on him! Good luck and can't wait to see his fall pictures while you're holding his head up!

His left G2 is hidden by his G3 and is about the same length as his right G2. He also has about a 3 inch fork off his right brow tine that is hard to see.
Real nice buck. You should post the video. You can see the rack better on it.
You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.
