I'm going to start p90x again. I also need to shed some pounds. feeling better and having more energy from just exercise and weight loss is huge bennefit. staying motivated to keep up with exercise is the hardest part for me.

I have to get my head on straight and get back in good condition. I am not in bad shape but no where near what I had been accustomed to.

I run a lot, marothons, doing a 50 k in two weeks a 50 miler I hope in oct then vacation from Halloween to thanksgiving for the rut in Kansas and Missouri. It's has given me tremendous mental strength and patience.

Working out is awesome and is very similar to hunting in my life.
Bodybuilding is a passion of mine and I have been doing it competitively since I was 15 years old.
I see a lot of similarities between bodybuilding and hunting. For example, they are both "sports" in which a lot is given in terms of time and effort without as much in return in end result.
