been seeing alot of road kill ....

lately Ive been seeing a lot of dead bucks on the side of the road, so far my count is 5...... not cool, a couple of them you could tell were some nice bucks..... :?

and coons..... :?

Been noticing lots of roadkill this year too.

Hit me a coon a little while ago. They make a pretty good thump.
If it bleeds, we can kill it . . . .

Went to Garden Prairie IL and back this weekend must have saw 20 + :cry:

June and November seem to always be the worst. seems after the does drop their fawns, they move a lot and stand in front on cars too much.

Been working in southern Wisconsin for the past couple of months and have really noticed a big jump in road kills over the past 2 weeks. It's a 2 hour drive to the job sight. I drove to the lease land this weekend which is north of home and didn't see nearly as many road kills.

I think things will settle down once the fawns are all dropped and the crops get bigger.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
