Mobile trail Cam Eyewear?

Unread postby upssmann » Sun Apr 01, 2012 7:13 am

Was at the Deer & Turkey show last night, and talk with a guy at a booth about the Glasses with a built in video recorder in the middle base of the Glasses, They run around 180$ the battire life is around 4hrs, and they come with 3 diffrent type of lenses . They seemed to have a good viewing of recorded video clear and crisp, but with no zoom ability to an object, my question is has any one used these glasses before and or heard of them and what do u think about them???? The abilty to not have a camra man in the stand with u and do it urself seems to me to be a plus, less movement and less sent.

Steve Pagel from Forge bows sells them... I looked them and they would work well with up close filming but probably not with deer hunting. 20 yards would look pretty far away. They would be good for bow fishing, tracking in thick cover, etc...

I'm going to try this one next year

I don't care about real great footage and don't want to carry all the extra stuff. I have a Kodak playsport and it has a decent zoom for anything inside 30 yards.
