Tripod Stands In The Marsh
Has anyone used a tripod stand inside a marsh with any success?

The problem with tri-pods in the public marsh is that you have to bring your stand in and out with you daily... With that said, I have used ladders.

Good point. I never thought of a ladder!

I don't sit that long very often.. For me, the action has mainly been confined to a few hours. I sit the prime times. I sit right on top like a chair with no back.
