Adding to that. If you want a true challenge as a deer hunter hunting big woods bucks will certainly seperate the men from the boys. "Dragging one out" of this kind of terrain is the most gratifying feeling a hunter can have. It depends what is more important, antler inches or the experience.

Muddy, there is no reason to drive any further north than Green Bay if you are in search big muskies. The fox river, menomenee river, and tributary bays off of the Bay of Green Bay all offer an opportunity at world class fish. The big water can be intimidating at times, but the long fishless hours are worth the effort when a feeding window opens up.
