Re: tims cwd slob
he was thinking maybe it was a coincidence with the coyotes as there are a ton of them around . i did a rough score on him as im no professional scorer and i came up with 173 4/8 gross. thanks for all the congrats its been a weird year, ive shot 2 nice bucks with heartbreak then ended up finding them. i admittedly didnt practice enough this year as arthritis in my shoulder made it hard but am realizing im going to have to probably drop the poundage or struggle through the practice. i wont blame the broadheads its shooters error. my first buck i simply walked right past him when looking x3.

Re: tims cwd slob
We all have bad hits, and bad seasons Tim... Its just that some keep it quiet. If you shoot a lot of deer, sooner or later your going to get some bad hits...
I for one, appreciate your honesty. I think a lot of kids that watch hunting shows and read magazines think no one should ever loose a deer. Celeb's and outdoor pro's should be more honest too... A lot of these new hunters and young people think they have totally failed and end up giving up hunting over a lost deer...
As long as we make every effort to try and make ethical hits, every effort to recover the deer, and an effort to learn from our mistakes, I feel we are doing the best we can.
