sorry to hear about this, seems there are azzclowns everywhere. Try mounting the cameras up higher and pointing down. Also I recall somebody mentioning you can insure trail cams. Might be something to look into.

I had a buddy mount a cam like 20 feet up hanging upside down from a tree branch so that the pic were taken on top of the deer. Pretty good idea.
