Dan's opening day 9 point...

Not a monster. Got him on a 3 man drive. almost got a slob. Took 3 shots at the slob at long distance. I figured we had him cause there did not seem to be any way out of the drive without going thru me or Dave. I think he crawled out the back door. The guy I got to push for us did a horrible job and did not cover everything. I saw that buck and three does that never came out of the cattails... The buck I shot I saw stick his head up over the cattails to see if there was any danger ahead at about 100 yards and I shot him in the neck, to my surprise he did not go down but busted cover heading for the woods. One more shot thru the chest brought him to a sliding halt.

You did good.
