Good luck!!! My only chance with this kind of wind is to staulk, but as dry as it is you still have to pay attention to your noise. I would like to hear what others are doing also.

My tactics would be just the opposite. Thick stuff for windy days thicker the better. Bedding areas, or as close to as possible. Good luck anyway you do it.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

im going to get in close to the beds and maybe do alittle grunting and bleating tonight. they have been picking the corn so the deer will be tucked away in the little pockets of thick stuff in my area. alot of small wood lots and tree lines in the spot ive been hunting latley maybe 7 acres is the biggest patch with afew nice cattail bogs mixed in.

I agree with Stanley, also a good time to rattle/grunt because you can get away with moving on an alert deer.

I will be looking for a thick bedding area that has some shelter from the wind... Stalking midday might work well to, if its not to windy to shoot.

I also will set up thick. Seems like we have a lot of activity in pine thickets by bedding or funnels with wind. The night I shot my doe it was gusting to 40 and saw 6 deer with plenty of light using the cover of pines for travel
