Big buck down!!! My biggest to date!

I went out this morning a little later than I preferred but I wanted to shoot my bow because I needed a confidence booster. I shot for a half hour and went and checked out some public land with my brand new sit and climb. I sat for a few hours and the whole time I kept thinking about a spot that I hadn't hunted yet that "just felt right" and after about 3 hours I couldn't take it no more. I climbed down and went to a chunk of private I had been hunting, and set up along the edge of a standing corn field with 2 combine swaths cut, and then a hedgerow with an overgrown tractor trail. I knew the does bedded up on the ridge which was about 100 yards away, and I had a crosswind that would work for my set up. I sat for about 4 hours and just as I was thinking of climbing down while I still had light (brand new sit and climb, not 100 percent certain how to pack it up yet, so I wanted some light). I said stay 15 more minutes and then go down, and about 2 minutes later I heard a deer crashing over the hill, and then I saw it come trotting down the funnel to my left rear, which put it about 40 yards away from me. Then I heard more noise and then I heard grunting, so I grabbed my bow. The buck came down and I saw he was at the ears which would make him my best. He stopped on a trail that gave me just enough room to try and get an arrow to him, and I drew back and shot him. As soon as the arrow hit I heard a very slight thump, then he jumped and trotted a few steps with his tail between his legs, then just walked off. I gave him 10 minutes and climbed down and looked at the arrow which was just soaked, and then called my dad and wife to come help me track him. We had a decent blood trail for about 30 yards, then it petered out, then got real heavy, and then petered out again. I had my dad and wife hold last blood and walked about 50 yards ahead looking for the deer and blood, and I saw his white belly. He went what appeared to be less than 150 yards, and more like 100. I guess he was slightly quartering too me, the arrow hit the very back of his lungs and came out by his liver on the other side. I had bright red blood for the whole trail, and after I found the deer I backtracked him and found the pink frothy blood, so I think it took a little while for the cavity to fill up before he started spraying. He is a 7 point for sure, I will have to take a tape to him and see if his broken off point is an inch or not. The body is absolutely huge, I guessed him at 2.5 but being the body is so big I am leaning more towards 3.5. Either way he is my biggest with a bow and will be going on the wall, and I am a very happy bowhunter tonight! I have always wanted a trick or treat halloween buck and now I have got one! Every-time this sport gets me down, I remember nights like this when I am on the top of the world!! I am uploading the pics right now and will have them up in a few minutes hopefully.
