Great stuff Luke I was hoping you would be one to do a podcast.
You sound like me talking deer hunting after pounding a couple of redbulls

Re: Episode #8 - A passion for Whitetails with Luke Muldoon
I live in a small town (Severn) about a 20 minute drive west of Annapolis. I guess the town is considered to be in the north central part of the state. The area is full of subdivisions and small towns that overlap each other quite a bit. Surprisingly, the deer have learned to live inside tiny patches of woods throughout the subdivisions. I have deer in my back yard that bed within 90 feet of my deck.
Thanks for your well thought out response to my questions. It is obvious to me from your response that I had not fully understood how many patterns and pattern shifts that the deer might throw at us. I have also realized that I have never really set up on a high predictability setup: "If I'm not getting a buck in daylight doing the same thing day in and day out, I'm not hunting that buck on his current routine or pattern." I need to put more effort into finding these patterns.
Thanks...excellent post!

Nice Job Moon! From a resource managers point of view you are spot on with your observations. For somebody like me I encounter your situations everyday but people they are clueless in regards to their situations. You have a keen eye my friend.
