PA Mountain Bear 11/2
I was hunting a trail cutting through some heavy rocks at the very top of the mtn. A place where I've typically had alot of bears on trail cam in years past. I did not have any cams up there this year due to downsizing my "toolbox". He came through at 8:30 am and I made a 21 yd shot. I hit near side lung and heart. He went barreling over the side of the mtn and made it about 70 yds before going down. Not sure on size but I busted my but getting him out. This is my first bear and they ain't kidding when they talk about bears being a monster to get out of the mtn. Definitely feels different than getting a buck out.

Re: PA Mountain Bear 11/2
Congrats. Nice bear. The best description I have heard for dragging a bear is it’s like dragging a huge bag of water it just flops and gets hung up on everything along the way.
Some do. Some don't. I just might...
