Lee-ward hill country success!

Unread postby rhagenw » Fri Nov 20, 2020 4:31 am

I wish I have the abilities to give a super detail on this hunt and how I applied what I’ve learn from Dan and the rest of you guys...but I don’t

This is wood lot is a mix of hard wood mast trees, soft wood scrubby trees and cedar stands with some ridges/ditches

I was on the edge of the hard woods and cedars trees at top 1/3 when this guy came cruising in

Awe come on....what did the leaves smell like? Could you feel the anticipation growing as you methodically made your way to the tree? Could you see the desire to live in the buck’s eyes? Lol. Just kidding. Thank you for not making your kill into a short story contest. Just the facts, I like it!
