Wife's bush buck.

Got this one stillhunting a ridge near an edge. She shot him at 20 yards while he was making a scrape. Hitting deer in the boiler room at that range is not hard, but sometimes not hitting a stick on the way is very tricky.... this situation was very much the latter. She managed to find a hole, thread the needle, and get a bullet into his lungs through a pretty nasty mess of brush, very impressive shooting IMO.

The haul out was a darn picnic compared to the one I shot.

They say millwrights can fix anything except a broken heart, but I've even got a tool that can do that!
