Thanks all! Will try to get the story posted. I have to climb a big hill to get phone reception and I just got done talking to the wife at home now. Feel sorry for me but I need to go down the hill and eat some fresh antelope heart. Our group of 4 has had 3 tagged out with one more full day of hunting left!!

If it's skinned and cooled quickly. IMHO it's like a slightly richer version of deer from ag country. Unless all they eat is sage. Then it's equal.

Oh yeah, antelope is ready dang good. My last one was some of the best meat I've ever had. It does have a unique taste.
