Congrats PK! I can definitely relate to this story, I was feeling a bit cursed myself this year. Way to overcome and get it done man!

Congrats on the bucks. I hear you on the lost bucks.....not a good feeling and hard to believe a guy misses with a gun. I looked all day for one I shot last night, chip shot, broadside about 50 yards. Can't find him. Still won't accept I missed. Going in again tomorrow. Had my rifle with peep vs scope but still not a valid excuse.

You overcame, good for you and great job! Safe travels home.

Great read and great bucks! The highs and lows of hunting are really something, especially on an out of state trip. Good lesson to be learned from how you made yourself stick with it on the second buck. Congrats!

Man PK, you are no joke buddy. You flat get onto bucks no matter where you are. To go and stay on top of them like that is impressive.

Great Kentucky brute!

Missouri Curse, sounds like there is something to that with the luck you were having but even through all the bad luck man you stayed right on top of them and read the sign. Love it man. Your one of the top killers I know and get it done no matter where ya are. Much respect!

Great MO deer and congrats on the season man.

PK....congrats. Nice bucks for sure.

Would love to see a setup drawing on these if you are able. I am especially curious to see a topo of the location you killed the first deer. I am assuming he was cruising?

Thanks for the time spent putting this all together.

Awwww shucks. You guys are too much.

JP I will try to put a drawing together but I can’t post maps of the actual spots so I will see what I can do to illustrate.
