Thanks guys.
He had quite a few superficial infections in the face/neck/ears that were draining pus due to tine injuries from fighting. Taxidermist was pretty confident that he could fix the holes since they were not entirely through the hide, but I'm not entirely sure he's going to be able to salvage some places after it tans and the hair pulls loose. The ears were beat up and had a decent amount of pus inside as well. He had some tine injuries in the hind quarter as well, so i'm assuming he got his but kicked by something bigger Taxidermist said he's never seen a deer with that many tine marks before lol
