Re: First trad kill in the marsh
[quote="UPbowhunter"]It's been a busy year for me with a role change at work. At the beginning of the year I decided to go full bore into traditional archery. I bought a long bow, learned how to truly tune a trad bow and began the journey. This fall has been slow, and I found a need to journey into new marshes. This morning I took a vacation day and paddled back into a new piece. I scout/hunted it last Saturday, and after cyber scouting this week I knew about where I wanted to be. Long story short, rattled this guy, the third buck of the morning in and made a pretty good shot on him. I don't think I will forget this day for a long time.
