Congrats on the deer! For the euro get all the meat and eyeballs, etc off. the more you get off the faster and easier it will be to complete. boil the skull (gentle boil), get some soda ash, dissolve it in the water. It will cause the remaining flesh to dissolve and gel up. scrape every so often. use a wire brush as well. lots of scraping and picking, repeat boiling in-between. the soda ash will also help it whiten and degrease. once you have it clean, use high strength peroxide and whitening powder (available at mackenzie taxidermy supply, just google it for a link). mix the two together to pancake constancy and paint it on the skull thick. wrap with cling wrap for 2 days place it in front of a heater and rotate. after 2 days remove cling wrap and wash. then let dry. look in the taxidermy forum, i think i wrote a more in depth how to awhile ago.
