Buck and doe

Unread postby Crappiewizard » Sun Nov 23, 2014 8:53 pm

Here is the story of my buck and my sons doe. I have been working a ton and haven't had much time to even go hunting. We went during the firearm season Friday morning and seen 9 does 4 coyotes and a bobcat. Great morning to be in woods but I had to go get sleep for work that night. Got home Saturday morning at 6:00 after work. We get set up and wasn't in the tree for 30 seconds and saw the first doe. Way to far away. The. I saw a doe come crime my uncles and I didn't shoot because my son had a doe tag. He told me he was going to take her and he did! Well, I thought hunt over. Until I looked up and my target buck was standing in front of me. He was a small 12 pointer but had a club hanging on one side! Never shot a buck with something like this! One of my top five days of my life!! Father son muzzleloading double!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Thanks son!!

Cool.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
