November 15 Buck

Unread postby jmaas07 » Mon Nov 17, 2014 2:57 pm

First post, I have done lots of reading since joining, this site is such a great hunting resource. I shot this buck on November 15th at 5:20pm, I was sitting a funnel between 2 large wood lots. This buck and a 6pt came running through chasing a doe, I stopped him at 20 yards and shot him with the muzzleloader, he spun around and dropped right there. Image

Dandy buck, welcome to the Beast.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
