Re: Whats a fair rate?
$250.00
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Guided? Or DIY with access to your land? And is the land public or private?
A buck will see you three times, and hear you twice, but he's only gonna smell you once.

One and done. Second bird would be extra $100.00.

Private ground, controlled hunter #'s, very good turkey #'s.
Not guided as far as sitting in the blind, but knowing where the birds are roosting and getting a person set up.

Merriams or easterns? Or hybrid?
I'd say about what Stan said. I bet someone would pay that. I think people want Merriams more than eastern or hybrid.

Only easterns here.
I know a guy further west that has alot of Merriams.
Thinking about offering a few bow deer hunts next season, a few turkey hunts would pay the insurance costs.

People begging to deer hunt Kansas. That should be easy to fill that out. I know the outfitters have no problems filling deer hunts around where I hunt.

I made a lease offer on 320 acres today.
Plus I have three small tracts that I can sew up if I get the large lease.
I should know in a week or so.....
