Velvet antlers

Is there anyway to preserve velvet antlers i took off a roadkill buck?

Make sure you got the proper tag for it if required by your state. Get into a freezer ASAP if you haven't already. Then take to a taxidermist frozen to get freeze dried.

Use Formaldehyde. brush it on the velvet. if the bone is still very soft inject it in multiple places to preserve the soft tissue.
