I put mine on a european display plaque on the wall. For the hanger I use a simple coat hook. then hang the skull on the hook (put hook into brain hole) you can then adjust the angle so that it is suspended out from the plaque on a 45 degree angle, looks cool floating above the plaque instead of sitting flat on the plaque/wall.
