Stan that is a great buck, Congrats. That is an excellant mount. Do you mind telling who did it and if it's not too pushy the cost? I had to look over the mount a few times to really appreciate the detail the taxidermist put in it to get the muscle tone and wrinkles in the skin. Looking at my mounts all of them are just smooth in the neck and should area. Once a again great buck and top quality mount.

Jerry Widel from Andrew Iowa. He has done around 15 for me. He gets $375.00 that is total, tax included. He used to finish them up in about 6 months, it now takes about a year. He also fixes broken tines (does a great job on those), offered to fix this one but I wanted it left as it is. The last few years I just pick a head up and drop one off. Works ok That way.

That is a great price for a mount. Next time I get something mount worthy I will ask for his contact information. I should be able to ship him the cape and rack. Thanks for all the info.
