Really happy with both of them. I hope to keep getting better to where I can pass bucks of this caliber and shoot bigger ones that I know are in my hunting areas. Gearing myself to start eating tag soup though.

Tag soup ain't so bad. Just add a lot of spices!

They look really nice. Tag soup is a tough thing to get used to I think, I have been struggling with the thought of it myself, but I think I have myself convinced to try it (with proper seasoning of course) and go for 3.5 or larger bucks though I always reserve the right to shoot a freak or unusual if they present themselves!

Same here Brad. The way I look at it too is that I got this far in my hunting career pre-Beast. Now, it's time to apply what I've been learning here and see where it gets me.
