two boxes of BARK Silencers

Unread postby Uncle Lou » Fri Sep 01, 2017 1:53 pm

I have been tripping over these for a while. I think there are 60 (Small size) of these left. I am never making more and these don't exist per my accountant.

Anyway, I used to try to sell these for almost $40, but it is time for them to go. Never had a complaint from a user they always did what I said they would do -keep any treestand hunter quieter on stand. Deer hunters always thought they were one more thing to carry in, and I get that. But they are on fire sale to the BEAST. $10 a piece plus shipping (~$6).

Bear hunters shouldn't risk it, too many years waiting for a tag to grab a piece of bark right before the shot. Any takers, let me know. PM if interested.

Camo fabric that straps around the tree to eliminate noise. If you ever hunted loose bark trees and made noise when your clothing snagged you will know what I mean.

That's funny. We both posted the same exact picture at the same exact time.

Does it come with the accessories hooks? Would be good to have if you hunt shagbark hickories or black cherry trees. Heck even pine trees also. If you wear a leafy suit it will catch on bark and make noise also

Saddle hunters think of how this will silence your knee pads

I already had that planned for this year. ;)

I know exactly what you mean. I forgot mine one day and every time I pulled my back away from the tree it was like pulling velcro.

I have one and have used it on certain occasions. The fabric is incredibly silent.

Yes they do, I need to go count them, There are 4 hooks per strap (8 total). They are 1.5 inches long with a little clip holder so things dont come off. If you want you can slide some off. Also, I will try to tie up some small lanyards, if I remember. I use them to make a small hook into a big hook. Some have said my hooks are too small, some say they are too big, some say there are too many.

For too many, I say If you want you can slide some off, or cut them off.

For too small, a piece of string with a loop at each end can turn a small hook into a big hook. For hanging larger items

For too big, I just can't please them, or slide/cut them off. But I used to have fun with those people at the shows. One guy actually said the hooks would make a lot of noise in the dryer  I think I pointed him to the beer line.
