Chew lid artwork - all in one post

Unread postby muddy » Wed Jan 05, 2011 3:13 pm

Most of you have seen these, but my buddy who makes these just had his mom pass so I know if he could sell a few of these he could really use the money. Anyway, that's not a guilt trip so much as justification for a new thread.

Most run about $115 shipped to your door. There are a few people on here who have bought from him and can vouch. I also have two new ones in my house that are amazing, a much larger shovelnose sturgeon and a big paddlefish.

Start with the non fish...

Being that this year was my first year ever to catch a paddlefish, I'd love to see a pic of that one too. That is some fine art. Who would think a chew can could be art?

These are excellent. Well done and a great frame he made as well. I have the green walleye. There is a pic of it in one of the more recent threads I have with pics. of a nice fore in my fireplace. it sits on my mantle below my walleye I caught some years back that was Taxi'd by Ron Lax.
Here is the pic:

Very much worth every penny. I love the turkey, and the bass, and the crappie and the catfish and the sturgeon................
Oh gee, now you got me wanting another one!!!!!!!Or 4!!!!
I will take a pic tomorrow focusing on the Skoal Walleye as this one was focused more on the fire!!!! (had to feed the pyro in me!!!!)

Sorry to hear of his loss. Prayers to him!!!!

Here are pics of the ones Mark gave me when my son was born.

Shovelnose Sturgeon - this one is by far the best one

Paddlefish - this one is made from lids he got from an old timer, said they're 30 or more years old? Dunno, it looks great tho.

The title of this post really threw me. I was thinking it was something a dog chewed up or something. Wow these do look pretty cool.
