LW Versa buttons

Unread postby tgreeno » Mon Aug 08, 2016 11:00 am

Does anyone by chance have some extra versa buttons they don't need? I'm looking for 3. I'm going to mess around with adding them to my leverage sticks.

Thanks!

You may know this already, but you can buy replacement versa buttons from Lone Wolf's site here.

There's another thread where a member (wvirge1) had made his own versa buttons with 1/4" bolts, spacers and washers. Going to try them on my bone stock leverage sticks this weekend.

I can't find the more detailed post right now, but I'm using the following materials:

1/4-20 x 2 bolt
1/4 x 1 1/4 washer
1/4 x 3/8 x 3/4 steel spacer
1/4-20 lock nut

I would recommend that you use a grade 8 bolt if your going to use a 1/4". I made my own as well and went with 5/16 hardware.

If you elect to buy, you may also want to consider the XOP button. It is a very robust design.
