Make sure you put tape over the decals and any writing. Then start with light sand paper and rough it up evenly. Google bow restoration and you'll find plenty of info. If you sign up on the Bowsite "Leatherwall" there are a lot of people who can help you there. I'm happy to help as well. Post any questions up you'd like.

OK...I'm bumping this up.

I haven't have any time to work on it, and think I'd rather just see someone get some use out of it.

Maybe a partial trade for a newer compound?
