Assault trade

I have an older assault 8 pound model I think it is, I got it for my 10 year old and he is having trouble trying to adjust the platform so my thought it to see if anyone has a newer one that has the newer adjusting slot for the platform would consider a even trade.

It has the pivoting vee like the sticks still have
