This scope is new. I range tested a rifle with it. Shot the rifle 9 times.
The scope has the dead hold bdc reticle. Very nice, not the circle type bdc like Nikon has.
Very clear, absolutely new, I will ship in the original plastic, inside the factory box, all the paperwork, warranty info etc included. Same as new.
