Predator evolution cameras for sale...

Unread postby dan » Fri Dec 02, 2011 6:22 am

Andrae is selling 14 Predator trail cams... I think they are "evolution's"
He wants $100 each... But said he could do 2 for $80 each... If interested in more than a few let me know, and I will see if he is willing to come down lower...

I remember this also, wasn't he going to Bushnells or something ? There was talk of him maybe coming out with his own too, but that idea must have fizzled out, haven't heard anymore about that.

The add your remembering for his cameras in the past all sold... I think those were from one farm and these are from the other... I believe he is working with Buschnell now. Yes, he was talking about coming out with a camera himself, and I believe he is still working on that, but he is living the good life and takes his time on everything he does, exceot maybe hunting.

He had 14 cameras on one property?? Just picking your brain for all the tactics. I will have to take a peak at the check book, I have been wanting one of those true IR cameras.
It's not a problem, it's a opportunity for a solution.

Easily... Last time I was on his Iowa property it took 2 hours a day to check all the cameras and another hour to filter through all the pictures.

That sounds like a good deal. Dan....do you know how old these cameras are? How much are they new? I like to buy cheaper cameras in case they get stolen so this would be ideal.

They are probably about 4 or 5 years old.. I think they were in the $400 range when new? Someone can correct me if that wrong.

If you have a picture I can tell what model.

If they are 4-5 years old I bet CF cards. Pred had just recently switched to SD cards. Pretty sure they have an option to use a USB stick also.

Im interested in this tactic. How many acres? Where abouts does he locate the cams? Thanks Dan

I just got off the phone with Andrae. He is patroling his Iowa property with Cody. I was going to head down there and help, but money is tight. So I am staying up here. He said he will be up here in a week or so and he will bring the cameras. Once I have them I will go back and contact those that wanted them in order till there all sold... I can ask him about more discount for larger number again when he brings them. He was hinting at $80 for two or more being a great deal though, so I don't know if he will budge lower.
