nothing huge this weekend but its so windy here its dangerous in the woods .stayed in valleys and off the tops of mountains .snow is gone in the lower areas still up to three feet up high.the best shed hunting is coming soon !

I went through the same thing though ..how long you been shed hunting? My first three years when i first got into it i found nothing at all and i walked hard .then i kind of just figured it out .also you cant find what isnt there! So location and where your from are huge factors .!

This is my second dedicated year. The small one I found this year was along a ridge next to a clear cut. I've been following transitions looking for sign and antlers. I only have deer around here. I'd love to get somewhere there is moose and elk, but I'll take what I can get.
