Off to a Good Start

Unread postby Haus86 » Mon Jan 20, 2014 12:12 pm

We went out for a walk this afternoon even though we just got a few inches of fresh snow. The shed was mostly buried, but luckily I spotted it along a trail.

You are doing good.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I've never seen him while hunting, and I haven't seen any pictures of him either. We found one of his sheds last year and he actually got a little smaller.

I went out today even though we had 30+ mph winds and 4 inches of fresh snow. I decided to shed hunt some cedar thickets thinking there would be less snow on the ground. After walking all day, I finally found a small 4 point side lying under a cedar tree.
