Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
Ok, Ok, Ok - I don't want to be known as a high jacker of threads.
My biggest!
My only, unfortunately a year too late!
I found it last shed season on Feb 23rd, along w/about 100 ticks, it was a weird year...
I actually have found more Moose sheds, probably 5 or 6 compared to Deer sheds...

Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
This was his right side from 2009
Left side from 2010
I took this shed into a local shed scoring competition. I ended up doing single shed typical. It scored 74 3/8. I ended up getting second place. The first place was awarded to a single 4 point shed that scored over 75 inches! That thing was HUGE.

Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
150 inch set found last spring. My dad found the one on the left and I found the one on the right. They were found .34 miles apart. My dad found his side from his truck. Shed was laying 5 feet off the road in a cut corn field.
I saw this buck thi past summer several times and even in fall in hard horn. Looks to be 165 gross now from what I have learned from others looking at the footage and guessing myself. Hope I find his set this spring. Snow needs to melt!

Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
Two years of growth.
I found the younger shed on the right and the next year my dad found the same side about a half mile away.
My dad had a close encounter with this buck this year. He said it got taller and gained good mass. Hope to find his sheds.

Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
Here's my biggest(the one on the right), if I remember right it scored right around 76-78". A neighbor killed this buck the following season and it scored somewhere in the 210" range. I gave it to the lucky hunter so this is the only pic I have of it.

Re: Let's See Your Biggest Sheds
Both found on Ft. Mccoy WI. while training. The one on the right would have more mass if the rodents didn't chew it up.
