Shed hunt with Tom Indrebo

Unread postby Monster Raxx » Fri Feb 17, 2012 2:18 pm

I was lucky enough to get a phone call from Tom today asking me if I want to meet him to do some shed hunting in the morning. I have to get up at 4 to meet him but, I would do that anytime to spend a day with him. I might not find a shed tomorrow, but I know I am going to learn a thing or two. :D

I wuld love to here how ur shed hunt went. Myself and two of my friends just leased a 1000 ac junk of ground near Toms operation, so im curious how things go. Were headn over the first week of march to go over everything for food plots and were gunna spend a day or two shed hunting it.

That sounds like fun. I'm looking forward to hearing how it goes.

Good luck with the lease Chad.

Tom's vidio's he made years ago were really cool the times... They were some of the insperation for me to make the Marsh bucks and Hill country DVD's.

Ok today really sucks. I got up and was ready to go early this morning to make the 3 hour drive to meet up with Tom, and notice my wifes tire is flat. For a second I thought about just leaving and say I didnt notice, but quickly decided to do the right thing. So I had to skip the shed hunt, let my wife take my truck(which she hates to drive, something about the decals ;) ) and get her tire fixed today. The only bright spot is I am going shed hunting this weekend at my lease with some friends.

Chad we were going to shed hunt an area in MN, not at Toms place. I usually dont go down to look at his place until the begining of March. You guys should be hitting it perfectly with this weather. How far from Toms place is your lease?
