Fish and Game Forecasts?
I know there are many believers on here when it comes to lunar activity coordinating with whitetail movement. Has anyone else been able to coordinate ice fishing success with lunar fish and game forecasts? I see next monday morning right at dawn its supposed to be good fishing according to the forecast. Now that I live near the lake I have the option of fishing for an hour or two before work. I normally fish according to when I have free time, not according to when its a good time to fish.

I predict More trophy Brooktrout, more trophy northerns and maybe a trophy mount Whitetail for 2014 for me. I'm 100% sure both the first two. Barring severe injury. Knock on wood.

In my area, The moon definitely still works for icefishing. I am mostly targeting whitefish and Cisco (Herring), so those two species are notoriously Linked with the moon. Whitefish will spawn like clockwork on the October full moon and herring on the November Full moon.
