Northern Ontario Moose Hunt

Going on a Northern Ontario DIY moose hunt. Canoeing small creeks. Portage moderate distances. Temperature could range from 20-50 F. Looking for suggestions for waders. Need to be durable. This won't be easy walking. Appreciate the input!
