See link for article and info on public comment. I will probably comment on the number of tags (could easily increase) and the cost for non-residents. Based on what happened in Idaho and Montana, they didn't hit their quotas and I dont think MN will either. They could easily increase the number of tags and reduce the cost and raise more money. It will no doubt be mandatory reporting and they will shut the season down if they reach 400 so why not sell more tags.
