KY Elk lottery ends 4/30/12

I just applied for my KY elk tag. You can apply for 2 different choices; they are antlerless firearms, antlered firearms, archery antlerless, and archery antlered. Each choice is $10 to apply. I don't know how many people apply for this, but it is open to non-residents and they give 900 tags.

I put in for the two firearms choices. If I draw and any other BEASTs draw, I will drive from Detroit. Meet me here and fuel is on me. We could make other arrangement depending on where someone might be coming from.

I talked to a guy today that did draw and several others that didn't. I thought it was a bit soon but guess not.

I have donated to the KY Elk lottery for about 10 years and have yet to get drawn. My luck stinks!
